ORDER
1. Petitioner seeks revival of his contempt petition which was disposed of by this Court vide its order dated 14.07.2025.
2. While disposing of abovesaid petition, this Court had also noted that further action, with respect to unauthorized construction in question,was slated on 17.07.2025 and direction was also issued to the concerned police authorities to provide requisite assistance to demolition-team.
3. While disposing of the petition, this Court had also given right to the petitioner to revive contempt petition, in case of any continued infraction.
4. According to petitioner, on account of non-compliance of said order, water pipes have burst and the cracks have widened.
5. Learned counsel for Respondent/MCD, who appears on advance notice CONT.CAS(C) 1021/2025 2 submits that part action has already been taken. He also submits that he has yet not received the copy of revival application. During course of arguments, he has shared his email with the learned counsel for petitioner, who undertakes to supply copy of the abovesaid application during course of the day. Let it be done.
6. Let short reply alongwith action taken report be filed by the respondents/MCD with advance copy to opposite side.
7. List before learned Roster Bench on 08.08.2025.
