There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner inspite of repeated calls since morning. The matter was passed over in the pre- lunch session. It is now 3.00 p.m. It is noted that inspite of directions in the order dated 24.05.2017, no steps were taken for service of the respondents. On 29.05.2017 for which the matter had been earlier adjourned, the said directions were reiterated. Again, there has been default on the part of the petitioner.
The petition is dismissed in default and for want of prosecution.
