A sum of Z8 lacs has been paid by the petitioner to the complainant in
2017:DHC:8008 terms of the order dated 2nd December, 2015. In view of this, learned counsel for the complainant seeks leave to withdraw the applications.
Complainant is present in court. She undertakes to hand over seven dishonoured cheques, given to her during the present litigations, to the
Investigating Officer within one week. All the seven dishonoured cheques are treated as cancelled and be returned by the complainant to the Investigating
Officer.
All the above-noted applications are disposed of as withdrawn.
