After hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of all the parties, the only course that recommends itself is to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.l/Registrar of
Cooperative Societies (RCS) to decide the complaints dated
11.09.2017,18.09.2017,04.10.2017 and 12.10.2017, purportedly filed before it by petitioner No.2 qua petitioner No.1lNavjiwan Cooperative
House Building Society Ltd.
Directed accordingly.
The RCS shall dispose of the said complaints expeditiously and preferably within three weeks from today, after hearing all the parties present in the court today.
It is further clarified that all the complaints that have been filed or may be filed by the parties present before the court today within 2 working days from today, qua the conduct of the affairs of the petitioner No.1 Building Society, shall also be considered by the RCS along with the aforesaid complaints of petitioner No.2.
The matter is referred to the jurisdiction ofthe RCS, who shall in the first instance conduct a hearing in this behalf on 17.11.2017.
Interim order dated 13.10.2017 shall continue till the RCS determines otherwise. w.P. (C) 954512017 page 1 of2
