JUDGMENT
(ORAL)
1. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal.
2. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. By order dated 21.02.2012, the appellant had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with the Registrar General within the specified period. By order dated 28.08.2012, 50% of the said amount was permitted to be released to the claimant (first respondent). The balance shall now be released to the claimant in terms of the judgment of the tribunal.
