O.M.P.(MlSC.VCOMM.l 43-45/2017 These applications are moved by the petitioner for extension of the time for arbitral proceedings. With the consent of both parties, matter is taken up for final disposal.
It is submitted the arguments have already been heard by the learned arbitrator in the month ofAugust,2017 and now the matter is pending for passing ofan award. However,the parties have received an email dated 10.10.2017 from the learned arbitrator asking them to getthe time extended by three months to pass the award.

Both the parties have consented for extension of period of arbitral proceedings till 19.01.2018. In the circumstances, time is extended to declare the award uptil 19.01.2018.
