1. This writ petition claiming to have been filed in public interest without approaching any of the competent authorities, which would be required to proceed in the matter in accordance with law.
2. We, therefore, direct respondent nos. 1 to 3 to treat this writ petition as a representation and examine the assertions therein and the 2017:DHC:7125-DB W.P.(C)No.10363/2017 grievance made by the writ petitioner and proceed in the matter in accordance with law.
3. This writ petition and application are disposed of in the above terms.
4. It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of either the contentions of the petitioner or the prayers made in the petition. Dasti.
