ORDER

2. Aflei: somearguments, Mr Rajshekhar Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states, on instructions, that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petitions. He however, requests that the petitioner be granted further time to respondto the DG's report circulated by the CCI. He states that the hearing is fixed by CCI tomorrow.
3. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner would be at liberty to make a request for further time before the CCI. Needless to state giventhe facts ofthis case - that ifsuch a requestis madethe same wouldbe r considered sympathetically.
4. It is clarified that all rights and contentions of the parties are kept open.
