Learned APP, who is assisted by the learned Senior Counsel for the complainant, submits that acomplaint before the police was filed on 21 April, 2015. Since no FIR was registered on his complaint, an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. was filed on 26"" June, 2016, The complaint before the police was filed prior to the registration ofthe FIRNo. 226/2016 under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPG at Police Station Burari.
Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on anticipatory bail subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ^20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
Thousand Only) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
Anticipatory bail applications are disposed of in the above terms.
Miscellaneous applications are disposed ofas infructuous. Dasti.
