JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI ORDER % 16.11.2017 This petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 1/2013 dated 24.01.2013 registered under Section 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act & Sections 420/467/468/120B IPC at Police Station 2017:DHC:8323 Anti-Corruption Branch, Delhi. A status report has been filed by the Inspector, Anti Corruption Branch stating that due to lack of evidence to corroborate/substantiate the allegations of forging and cheating, a closure report has been filed in the aforesaid case and the matter has been kept for consideration before the Court of Special Judge, Anti-Corruption Branch, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi on 25.11.2017. In the circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that nothing remains in the matter and he would like to withdraw the matter as the petition has become infructuous, with liberty to approach the Court concerned should there be any grievance.
