110085 stand lapsed. A preliminary objection has been raised by counselfor the
' respondent that all the 19 petitioners are unrelated persons and there are no documents to connectthe petitioners to the land. Thus, all the petitioners should file separate writ petitions with better particulars. Counsel for the petitioners submits that he would file separate writ petitions but prays that no coercive action be taken by-the DDA against the petitioners for the next ten days from today as he fears that the petitioners may be dispossessed. Mr.Pant submits that no coercive action would be taken by the DDA against the petitioners for the nextten days.
Binding the DDA to the submissions made in the Court today, the writ petition along with the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn. Leave is granted to the petitioners to file separate writ petitions. g.s.sistan^T
