JUDGMENT
1. This appeal assails order dated 14 May 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in IA 12287/2025 in CS (COMM) 959/2024 filed by the appellant under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
2. We are informed that during the pendency of this appeal, CS (COMM) 959/2024 has itself been dismissed by the learned Single Judge on 29 July 2025. As such this appeal has been rendered infructuous. FAO(OS)(COMM) 92/2025
3. Accordingly, reserving the rights with the appellant to challenge the decision on the main suit, this appeal is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
