2017:DHC:8531 The present petition has been filed by the petitioners U/s 438 Cr.PC for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.39/2017 U/s 420/406/34 IPC registered at PS-
R.K.Puram.
Vide order dated 13.10.2017, this court directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners. After obtaining the interim order, the petitioners have not showed diligence in persuading the present matter and defaulted on the last date of hearing also.
Today also despite pass overs, none appeared.
Accordingly, the bail applications stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
Interim order stands vacated.
