ORDER o/o 12.12.2017 FIR No. 1117/2014 under Sections 323/341/34 IPG was registered at police stationKalyanPuri onthe compliant ofSmt. ReenaDevi (respondent
).2 in Crl. M.C. 2269/2017) wherein Sh. Mayank Kumar (respondent no. 3 no
2017:DHC:8273 in Crl. M.C. 2269/2017) had sustained injury. Across FIR No. 536/2014 under Sections 308/34 IPG was registered at police station Kalyan Puri on the complaint of Sh. Mahabir @Mahavir (respondent no.2 in Crl. M.C.
2646/2017) in which Sh. Satveer @Satvir (respondent no. 3in Crl. M.C.
2646/2017) had sustained injury. Sh. Mahavir is petitioner no.l/accused in
Crl. M.C. 2269/2017; whereas Sh. Mayank Kumar is respondent no. 3 in
Crl. M.C. 2269/2017. . ^ Petitioners (accused) and private respondents (complainant/injured) are stated to be neighbours. Aquarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which had led to registration of aforesaid cross FIRs. It is submitted that petitioners and private respondents have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, both the FIRs may be quashed. Complainants/injured persons are present in Court along with their respective counsels and have been identified by SI Sandeep Kumar of police station Kalyan Puri. They submit that they have settled the matter of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion in order to maintain harmonious relations in future and they have no objection in case their respective FIRs are quashed.
Keeping in view that aquarrel took place between the neighbours on some trivial issue and that they,have now settled their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations with each other in future, in the interest ofjustice, aforesaid FIRs and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
Both the petitions are disposed ofin the above terms.
