dated 14th December 2017 in Crl A No. 74 of 2001 and batch shall stand corrected to read as under:
“92. Many of the accused have served close to six years of imprisonment and were thereafter released on bail. These are all uniformed policemen who are expected to maintain law and order and not take law into their own hands. They are expected to act responsibly with a view to protecting the life and liberty of the citizens.”
