1. This writ petition makes a general prayer that there are some employees working in the Delhi Transport Corporation, who have submitted fake proof of age and as a result, they are continuing in service even after completing the prescribed retirement age. In this 2017:DHC:7641-DB W.P.(C)No.7572/2017 regard, the petitioner has enclosed certificates relating to one employee of the Delhi Transport Corporation.

2. Ms. Aditi Gupta, ld. counsel representing the respondent no.1 - Delhi Transport Corporation has placed before us the notings dated 20th November, 2017 and 29th November, 2017 which manifest that the respondent no.1 has initiated inquiry into the certificates produced by the petitioner along with the writ petition. Ms. Aditi Gupta, ld. counsel for respondent no.1 states that premised on the outcome of inquiry, necessary action would be taken in accordance with law.

3. In view of the fact that the respondent no.1 - Delhi Transport Corporation is taking action in accordance with law on the complaint made by the petitioner, this writ petition need not detain us any further. This writ petition is hereby disposed of.
