(ORAL)

1. After some hearing, the counsel for the appellant submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.

2. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

3. In terms of order dated 10.01.2013, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the entire awarded amount with up-to-date interest with the UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch and from out of such deposit, fifty percent (50%) was permitted to be released to the claimants. The balance with accrued interest shall also now be released to the claimant in terms of the judgment of the tribunal.
