13.12.2017 By these petitions the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR
No^ 307/2016 under Sections 147/148/149/354/354B/397 IPG.registered at
.PS GTB Enclave, District Shahdara. , The above-noted FIR was registered on the statement of the complainant who stated that on 8'^ August, 2017 at around 2.00 PM while she was alone in her house 15-20 people came armed with danda etc., and
BAIL APPLNs. 1924/2017&1929/2017 2017:DHC:8792 o broke open the door ofthe shop and started looting the shop after entering through the shutter. When the complainant reached the shop beneath her house,,people started beating her. The role assigned to Sonia and Sandhya the two petitioners herein are that they cut the hair ofthe complainant. The main allegations are against Rajan and Sumit who allegedly disrobed the complainant. The allegations of looting the shop are general in nature and no specific role has been assigned to the petitioners except cutting the hair of the complainant.
Considering the nature of allegations this Court deems it fit to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. It is therefore directed that in the event of arrest the petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing apersonal bond in the sum of^25,000/- each with one surety each ofthe like amount subject to the satisfaction ofthe Arresting Officer/ SHO concerned, further subject to the condition that they will join the investigation as and when directed and will not leave the .country without the prior permission of the Court concerned. In case ofchange ofresidential address the same be intimated to the Courtconcerned by filing an affidavit.
