ORDER

1. Petitioners seek regularization of their service as TGT/PGT while claiming to have worked in the said position for more than three decades. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that to seek regularization, petitioners had made a representation {Annexure P-3 Colly) on 11 August, 2017 to respondent No.4 butto no avail.

2. Despite service of advance notice, none appears for the contesting respondent i.e. respondent No.4. W.P.(C) No.11512/2017 Page 1of[2] 2017:DHC:8664

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition and the accompanying application are disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to decide petitioners' representation {Annexure P-3 Colly) within a period of 6 weeks, if not already done, and the fate of the representation be conveyed to petitioners within 2 weeks thereafter, so that petitioners may avail ofthe remedy as available in law.

4. With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of.
