1. This writ petition has been filed for the reason that the respondent No.1–South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has not responded to the complaint dated 18th August, 2017 of the petitioner regarding unauthorized constructions being carried out at the property bearing House No.29 & 29D/A-1, Building No.1, Royal Green Complex, Desu Raod, Mehrauli, New Dellhi – 110030.

2. We are informed by Mr. Parveen Kumar Aggarwal, ld. counsel for the respondent No.1-SDMC that action has already been taken against the said properties. 2017:DHC:7952-DB W.P.(C) No.11532/2017

3. In view of the above, this writ petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1-SDMC to ensure that the response to the petitioner’s representation dated 18th August, 2017 be provided to the petitioner within three weeks from today.

4. If required, action with regard to the unauthorized and illegal constructions shall be taken by the respondent No.1-SDMC in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Dasti.
