-1. ^ The present petition has been filed by'the petitioner/Sports Authority, VPflMa, praying for two reliefs. Mr. Grover, learned counsel forV the petitioner states at the outset that he may be permitted to press the alternate relief for expeditious disposal of O.A:.383/2017 •filed by the resppndeiits alongwith the interim application, on which a stay order was passed on 02.02.2017. , > ' , ' - . • :
