ORDER

1. In this petition, release of leave salary of `6,44,809/- is sought by petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a representation (Annexure P-5 colly) was made on 8th May, 2013 followed by reminder (Annexure P-9) on 2nd December, 2016 but to no avail.

2. None appears on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 despite service of advance notice.

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to second respondent to pass 2017:DHC:7996 W.P.(C) No.11556/2017 Page 2of 2 appropriate orders on petitioner’s representation of 8th May, 2013 (Annexure P-5 colly) within a period of 6 weeks, if not already done. In any case, the fate of the representation be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks so that petitioner may avail of the remedy as available in law, if need be.

4. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the accompanying application are disposed of.

5. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for both sides.
