JUDGMENT
1. The only prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is for the respondents to take a decision on representation dated 18 December 2024 filed under Section 129 of the BSF Act.
2. Learned Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, undertakes to ensure that the representation is disposed of within a period of four weeks from today.
