JUDGMENT

1. Following the order dated 10 February 2025, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in WP(C) 1620/2025[1], the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Standing Screening Committee to take a final decision on the petitioner’s candidature and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of six weeks from today.

2. Needless to say, should any documents be required from the petitioner, the respondent would inform the petitioner accordingly by email during the course of the day and the petitioner would submit the Waman Mahendra Navnath v Union of India W.P.(C) 11706/2025 said documents to the respondent.

3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
