2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court and the suit property has been transferred to Mr. Maurice Rosario Menezes, newly added respondent.

3. An application has also been filed on behalf of Mr. Maurice Rosario Menezes for disposal of the civil appeal.

4. In view of the settlement between the parties, nothing survives in this appeal, which is, accordingly, disposed of.

5. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
