JUDGMENT
1. This appeal is directed against an ad interim order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in I.A. 47682/2024.
2. Subsequently, the learned Single Judge has reserved orders in I.A. 47682/2024.
3. As such, this appeal is rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of, reserving liberty with the appellant to seek his remedies against the decision in the I.A., if he continues to remain aggrieved.
