1. The petitioner submits that this writ petition was filed without obtaining his signature and that he has moved an appropriate complaint in that regard before the competent authorities.

2. We accordingly seek that this petition may be disposed of reserving right with the petitioner to institute a proper petition, if so advised.

3. Reserving right as aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
