(1) The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.805/17 under Sections 452/308/506/34 IPG registered atPolice Station Aman Vihar. Status report is on record. (2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioners Boby and Kamal were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when" required by orders dated 27.07.2017 and 13.10.2017 respectively. Undisputedly, the petitioners have since joined the investigation. The victim was discharged from the hospital and the injuries suffered by him are stated to be'simple'in nature. (3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event oftheir aiTcst,they be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ?40,000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction ofthe SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that they shalljoin the investigation as and when required.
