JUDGMENT

1. By way of the present petition filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.P.C.') the petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 495/2017 under Section 384/389/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as 'IPC') registered at P.S Punjabi Bagh, North Delhi. Status Report is on record.

2. Perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner has been declared Proclaimed Offender by the Trial Court vide order dated 11.12.2017. Therefore in the said circumstances, no question of grant of anticipatory bail is made out.

3. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
