JUDGMENT

1. By this review petition, the review petitioner essentially seeks to reargue the issues covered by paras 16 and 17 of our order dated 21 November 2024 under review. It is submitted that, in the absence of actual discharge of duties in the scale of ₹9300-34800/-, the petitioner was not entitled to the relief that he had sought. We have already taken a view contrary to the submissions in paras 16 and 17 of our REVIEW PET. 422/2025 in W.P.(C) 10927/2019 order under review.

2. A review petition cannot be an attempt to reargue a matter which stands decided by the order under challenge.

3. The review petition and accompanying applications are accordingly dismissed.
