15.01.2018 Petitioner Mainaz Begum is the second wife of the husband of complainant. Akhtar Hussain is the father-in-law ofthe complainant.
The complainant had got married to Samim Hussain about 15 years
2018:DHC:9001 ago. Samim Hussain had got married for the second time to Mainaz
Begum about 6 years ago. The averments inthe complaint have been perused. The incident is dated 09.11.2017. FIR was lodged 5 days later. The MLC ofthe victim reflects simple injuries. The petitioners were enjoying interim protection. Learned APP under instructions from the investigating officer submits thatthe petitioners have joined investigation. They will continue to join investigation as and when summoned by the investigating officer. In the event of arrest petitioners be admitted to bail on the furnishing ofthe personal bond in the sum Rs 10,000/- with one surety ofthe like amount.
