05.12.2017.
Mr. Kuldeep Mansukhani, the learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that inadvertently a typographical error has occurred in Para 12 of the order dated 05.12.2017.
The petitioner appeared in person on advance notice and stated that he has no objection if the error is rectified.
Accordingly, Para 12 of the order dated 05.12.2017 be read as
“Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed”
Hence, the present application stands disposed of.
