31.01.2018 On 19^*^ September, 2017 a settlement was arrived at between the complainant and the petitioners for ?32,00,000/- towards full and fmal settlement of all their claims in respect of the subject matter involved in the
FIR. Amount was to be paid in four installments. It is not in dispute that entire settled amount stands paid by the petitioners to the complainant.
Complainant is present in Court and admits this fact. Accordingly, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on anticipatory bail subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ?10,000/-(Rupees
Ten Thousand Only) each with one surety each of the Uke amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
Complainant undertakes to withdraw Crl. L.P. No. 734/2015 titled Ravi f Kumar Girdhar vs. Harvinder Pal Singh. Complainant also undertakes to cooperate the petitioner in quashing of the FIR.
Both the bail applications are disposed of in the above terms.
Miscellaneous applications are disposed ofas infructuous. Dasti.
