31.01.2018 2018:DHC:8685 r r Parties are seeking quashing of the cross FIRs i.e. the FIR
No.389/2015 registered under Sections 452/308/34 of the IPG oh the complaint of Suraj as also the FIR No.419/2015 registered under
Sections 323/324/325/506/34 of the IPG on the complaint of Rakesh both at police station Fatehpur Beri. Parties are closely related. It is stated that with the intervention ofthe family members, well wishers and elders of the society, the parties have settled their disputes and they haye no grievance left against one another. Parties are living in the .same neighbourhood. Accordingly, they seek quashing of the aforenoted FIRs and they want to now live in peace and tranquillity.
A compromise deed inter se the parties, signed by each ofthem, has been placed on record. They endorse the terms and conditions contained in it. Investigating Officer present in Gourt identifies the parties who are present in the Gourt.
In the interest ofjustice, it would be appropriate ifthe prayers made in the petitions are granted. Accordingly, to secure ends of justice,FIR No.389/2015 registered under Sections 452/308/34 ofthe
IPG on the complaint of Suraj, FIR No.419/2015 registered under
Sections 323/324/325/506/34 ofthe IPG on the complaint of Rakesh r- both at police station Fatehpur Beri and all the proceedings emanating therefrom stand quashed. I
