ORDER o/o 29.01.2018 Petitioners, in the above petitions, are accused in FIR No.5/2012 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B/34 IPG registered at Police Station
E.O.W. on the complaint ofrespondent no. 2. Itis submitted that petitioners have settled the matter with the complainant vide two separate MOUs dated
23'"'' July, 2013 and 30^^ June, 2015. Counsel for the respondent no. 2says that respondent no. 2has indeed settled the matter with the petitioners, vide aforesaid MOUs, inasmuch as settled amount has already been received from the petitioners. Respondent no. 2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed qua the petitioners as well. It is noted that the aforesaid FIR has already been quashed against some other co-accused person in Crl. M.C. NO. 2038/2017 titled Bijender Kumar Suman vs. State (NCT ofDelhi) & Anr., Crl. M.C. no.687/2012 titled Jai Kishan Aggarwal & Ors. vs. State and others, Crl. M.C. no. 4711/2014 titled R.U.K. Zuberi & Anr. Vs. The State of Delhi & Anr. and Crl. M.C. no. 1357/2015 titled Kapil Chugh vs. State &
Anr.
For the foregoing reasons, FIR No.5/2012 under Sections
420/467/468/471/120-B/34 IPC registered at Police Station E.O.W. and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed qua the
.petitioners as well.
Both the petitions are disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed ofas infructuous. Dasti.
