JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, Mr. Jain, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner merely seeks that the Court may clarify that, during the hearing of IA 14150/2025, which is listed before the learned Single Judge on 14 August 2025, the learned Single Judge would not be influenced by any observation or finding contained in the impugned order dated 29 May 2025 and that all aspects, including the issue of whether the appellant is an intermediary within the meaning of Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, would be open to be canvassed before the learned Single Judge. 2. We clarify accordingly.

3. Learned Counsel for the appellant is also permitted to advance before the learned Single Judge all issues raised in the present appeal.

4. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
