The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 01.06.2017, whereby, non-bailable warrants qua the petitioner were issued. It is informed that the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court and submitted to its jurisdiction and has been admitted to bail.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would like to sit with the respondents and amicably try and resolve the disputes. He submits that the parties may be referred to mediation. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the respondent is agreeable to sitting across the table, however, such a

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the petition.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
