1. Counsels for the parties state that the respondents in both the cases have filed applications for seeking amendment of the O.As., which were allowed on 02.02.2018 and now the matters are listed before the Tribunal on 20.03.2018, for further proceedings.

2. Copies of the amended O.As. shall be furnished by the counsel for the respondents, if not already furnished, to the counsel for the petitioner/NDMC within two days. Pleadings in the O.A. shall be completed on or before 16.03.2018 so that arguments can be addressed on the pending interim applications filed by the respondents and the applications for seeking W.P.(C) 476/2018 Page 1 of[2] 2018:DHC:9208-DB vacation of the stay orders filed by the petitioner/NDMC, on the date fixed, i.e., on 20.03.2018.

3. The petitions are disposed of alongwith the pending applications.
