JUDGMENT
1. The request in the present petition is a limited one.
2. The petitioner has filed a petition seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty and along with her petition, she also filed an application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
3. According to learned counsel for petitioner, petitioner is in her sixties and has no source of income and is dependent upon the financial help provided by her two daughters, residing aborad.
4. None appears on behalf of respondent despite advance notice.
5. The abovesaid petition was filed last year and several order-sheets have also been placed on record.
6. The next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 08.09.2025.
7. Keeping in mind the overall facts of the case and the fact that the Family Court is required to give priority to any such kind of application, the present petition is disposed with request to learned Judge, Family Court to CM(M) 1510/2025 2 take up the abovesaid application on the date fixed 08.09.2025 and to make best effort to dispose it of within further period of 8 weeks.
8. Petition stands disposed of in aforesaid terms.
9. Pending application also stands disposed of.
