This is the third anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the change in circumstance is the status report dated 27^^ November, 2017 of SHO PS Kotla Mubarak Pur.
The status report dated 27'*^ November, 2017 was duly considered by this
Court while passing the order dated 29^^ November, 2017 where after the anticipatory bail appHcations were dismissed. This cannot be the new circumstance.
' Petitions are accordingly dismissed.
