2018:DHC:8390 registered at police station New Ashok Nagar on the complaint pf Sandeep Kumar (respondent no.2/coniplainant in Crl. M.C.
815/2018 and petitioner no.2/accused in Crl. M.C. 814/2018).
Petitioners/respondent no.2,' in both the petitions, are present in Court arid have been identified by ASI Yatender Kumar of police station New
Ashok Nagar. They submit that they have settled the matter with each other before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Court, Delhi vide two separate proceedings held on 24'^ October, 2017, oftheir own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They have no objection in case aforesaid FIRs arequashed. ' '
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2, in both the petitions, before the Mediation Centre, I am of the view that no fruitful purpose would be served' in keeping the present criminal;proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest ofjustice, both" the aforesaid FIRs and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.' > • •
Both the petitions are disposed ofin the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed ofas infructuous.
