ORDER

1. In this petition, petitioners seek promotion from Co-pilots to Captain Grade/ Wide Body Pilots. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that to seek the relief as claimed in this petition, a Representation was filed in July, 2017 but copy of the said Representation is not on record. However, an Appeal, filed on 6th November, 2017 (Annexure P- 5), against the New Seniority List is on record. It is noticed that copy of the appeal (Annexure P-5) is incomplete.

2. According to petitioners’ counsel, neither the Representation nor the Appeal, has been responded to by respondent No.2.

3. In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is disposed of with direction to second respondent to consider and decide petitioner’s Representation as well as the Appeal (Annexure P-5) within a period of six weeks. The fate of the Representation/ Appeal be conveyed to 2018:DHC:868 W.P.(C) 1008/2018 petitioners within a week thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies, as available in law, if need be.

4. With aforesaid directions, this petition and applications are disposed of.
