JUDGMENT

1. Learned Counsel for both sides are ad idem that this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of six weeks from today.

2. The decision, as and when taken, would immediately be communicated to the petitioner.

4. In case the petitioner remains aggrieved by the said decision, the liberty to reapproach the Court shall stand reserved.
