Court to the leased deed allegedly executed between the petitioner and Mr.Deepak Gupta. Itis pointed out that this lease even as per the case of the petitioner expires on 31.3.2018. For this reason the
2018:DHC:8657 > petitioner is withdrawing this petition. On the expiry of the aforenoted lease (31.3.2018) the property will he handed over to the
Receiver ofthe Bank who shall deal with the same in accordance with law.
