Learned counsel for the petitioner has obtained instructions and stated that he would contest .the Show Cause Notice on various grounds and would place reliance on the judgments of the Supreme
Court and the Delhi High Court. He seeks permissions to withdraw the present petitions.
In view ofthe statement made by counsel for the petitioner, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions and issues as stated, before the Adjudicating
Authority. In case of an adverse order, the petitioner would be entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law.
We hope and trust that the Adjudicating Authority would deal with all the contentions and issues raised by the petitioner and would pass aspeaking order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he would request for expeditious disposal ofthe Show Cause Notice before the
Adjudicating Authority. Ifany such request is made, the same would be considered.
