27.02.2018 The petitioner seeks a declaration that the acquisition proceedings pertaining to the land in respect of Khasra no.255/2(5-16), 1/21 share and
271/2(0-14) situated in the revenue estate of Village Ghonda GujranKhadar, Delhi, is deemed to have lapsed as neither physical possession has been taken nor compensation has been tendered.
As per the counter affidavit filed, physical possession was taken on
21.03.2007 and compensation amounting to Rs.14,041/- has been received by the petitioner on 22.11.2007.
Counsel for the DDA submits that the counter affidavit has been filed on 14.03.2017.
At this stage, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petifion. However,,he submits that he would file a fresh writ petition with
2018:DHC:8531-DB respect to the land comprised in Khasra No.255/1.
The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending application.
