22.02.2018 These petitions have been filed under Section 9ofthe Arbitration
& Conciliation Act, 1996(hereinafter referred to as the 'Act')seeking certain interim reliefs by both the parties againsteach other.
Learned senior counsels for the parties submit that both the parties have already nominated their respective Arbitrators.
Regen Infrastructure and Service Pvt.Ltd. and Regen Powertech
Private Limited have appointed Justice A.P.Shah(former ChiefJustice ofDelhi High Court)as their nominated Arbitrator.
Green Infra Wind Energy Assets Limited, Green Infra Wind
Power Projects Limited have appointed Justice T.S Thakur (former
ChiefJustice ofIndia)as their nominated Arbitrator.
2018:DHC:9357 ChiefJustice ofIndia)as their nominated Arbitrator.
In these circumstances and in view of the urgency expressed, I hereby appoint Justice Vikramajit Sen (former Judge of Supreme
Court)as the Presiding Arbitrator.
With the consent ofthe parties,the present sets ofpetitions would be considered as application(s) under Section 17 of the Act before the
Arbitral Tribunal. The parties would be free to file the pleadings ofthe present petitions before the Arbitral Tribunal so constituted.
In view of the above, the present petitions are disposed ofin the above terms.
Copy ofthe order be given dasti under the signature ofthe Court
Master.
