JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, Ms. Lamba, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with permission to urge the issues in this writ petition as well as all other defences available to her client before GSFC. W.P.(C) 11368/2025

2. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the GSFC, the remedies available in law shall remain reserve.
