« % 28.02.2018 In the present petition, the limited, grievance raised by the petitioner is that despite being enrolled with the Bar Council ofDelhi, his name was missing from the electoral roll issued by the respondent.
On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent had taken time to get requisite instructions. Today, he submits, that the
Special Committee of the respondent has approved the inclusion of the name of the petitioner and the revised electoral roll will be issued as expeditiously as possible before the date of election.
In.view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, the petitioner does not wish to press the petition any further.
The petition and pending application are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
