28.02.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent No.2 to conduct inspection of the petitioner trust's sponsored college namely, Karimpur College of
Education situated at Karimpore, Distt. Nadia, in the State of West
Bengal for the purpose of granting recognition for conducting
D.El.Ed. courses.
However, at the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the petitioner is actually aggrieved by the order dated
15.01.2016 passed by respondent No.l whereby its appeal againstthe order dated 31.08.2015 passed by respondentNo.2 wasrejected.
Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner does not wish to press the petition and seeks
2018:DHC:8558 leave to approach the respondent by making a comprehensive representation for redressal ofits grievance and seeks a direction that the respondents be directed to deal with the same in an expeditious manner.
Ms.Monika Arora, Advocate who appears on advance notice for the respondent Nos.l and 2 does not oppose this limited prayer made by the petitioner.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed ofas not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent within four weeks. It is directed that in case such a representation is made by the, petitioner, respondent No.2 will decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date ofreceipt ofthe representation.
The petition along with the pending applications is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
